What are your payment options?

We accept orders paid for by credit cards from Visa and Mastercard only for NZ purchases.
Direct Deposit/Internet Banking:
NZ orders will be shipped once payment has settled.

NZ orders paid for by personal cheque, business cheque or certified bank cheque will not be shipped until the cheque has cleared. Payment by this method may delay shipping of your order by up to two weeks. Please phone us directly to organise your payment by cheque.

International Orders

Australia Only:

Payment direct to our Australian Westpac Bank account at any Australian wide branch or direct credited will only be accepted. Details of our bank account will be forwarded against confirmed orders (upon your confirmation of our inclusive postage quote) and delivery will be activated on settlement into that account (1-2 days) on normal trading days. The use of bank statement identification reference will be necessary.

Each prospective order will be subject to a postage cost and a quote on this will be provided for your confirmation prior payment in Australian Dollars.

All Pricing for Australia will be in Australian Dollars only so no currency conversion will be necessary.


Other International Destinations:

For all other international destinations, orders being shipped outside of New Zealand, company policy will only accept payment by Visa or Mastercard. Orders will only be shipped once full payment has been received for product(s) including shipping costs through the sites safe payment system.

All prices are quoted and paid for in NZ Dollars only.

Postage quotes (thru the site) on each order will be provided against prospective orders for your confirmation prior payment.
Important information about payment:
Credit Cards are charged at the time the order is placed and deduction of funds occurs immediately upon order. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match this
We do not accept "cash on delivery" or "lay by plans" as a method of payment.
